New York Cheese cake cupcake is soooooo good, this alone deserves 5 stars. The service was great, there wasn’t a long wait, if they could throw in a tuna sandwich option for lunch !

I’ve been going to the establishment for a while anytime I’m in the area. Throughout my visits, the customer service dwindled down. My last visit on 3/29/26 the workers were nowhere to be found. After a few minutes, I rang the “ring for service” bell and a young man came out with cupcake crumbs on his face. He didn’t greet me and my friend. Instead he asked what we wanted… To make a long story short, once I got home to eat the banana pudding I purchased there was a piece of plastic in my bite. I will not return…

If you’re ever near Scratch Bakery Cafe, do yourself a favor and stop in such an amazing place! Everything is fresh, delicious, and made with so much care. Huge shout out to Naomi and Shariah for their outstanding customer service they were so warm, welcoming, and attentive. Definitely recommended ♡

First time trying this place, I was hesitant because I thought they only served sweets but they serve so much more and it’s fresh! There are tables in side, some with games. It gives a very laid back coffee shop vibe. There is also an outdoor area which is nice. The staff were super friendly. I had the chicken salad sandwich. 🤤 it was phenomenal. It lasted me two meals. They are very reasonably priced. Sweet to savory, they have it all. Highly recommend. I’ll go back for sure.

Came here for cupcakes, but they only have sheet cake slices on the weekend. The customer service was outstanding! The young ladies explained everything with patience, care, and attention. Initially I was kind of thrown off the way cake slices were already packaged because food and Cafe can lose their appeal, but everything was neatly organized once I understand the ways of the shop. The decor was charming and inviting. Strawberry cake and strawberry crunch were moist and yummy . The frosting was not that heavy powdered sugar... There is some in the mix, I'm sure. Espresso could use some adjustment to have a better balance. Overall, this is a lovely shop, with a variety of tasty treats. Will be back for the cupcakes!
